Recently, the fully automatic light steel keel intelligent production line custom-designed and manufactured by Huanuo Cold Bending for a French client was successfully installed and debugged at the French production base and smoothly put into operation. This delivery marks another significant achievement for Huanuo in the high-end building materials equipment sector in Europe and also injects new intelligent impetus into the local keel manufacturing industry.
The production line delivered this time is a complete light steel keel system solution, covering various models such as partition keel machines, ceiling keel machines, and load-bearing keel machines, which can meet the diverse product demands of customers. The entire production line adopts a highly integrated and automated design. It is seamlessly connected by units such as double-head uncoiling machines, automatic opening and closing forming machines, high-precision servo tracking cutting machines, conveyors, flipping and clamping machines, automatic palletizing machines, strapping machines and baling machines, forming a smooth, efficient and continuous intelligent production line. It realizes the full-process automated operation from rolling materials to finished product palletizing and packaging.
From the initial scheme design and technical connection, to the mid-term production and manufacturing, quality control, and even the later cross-border transportation, on-site installation and commissioning, the Huanuo project team has always adhered to the spirit of craftsmanship and professional attitude.
