Advantages

Preparation before operation
1. Read the equipment manual: Thoroughly understand the specific model's roller configuration, applicable material range (material type, thickness), and operating procedures.
2. Safety Inspection:
· Check all stand bolts and couplings to ensure they are tight.
· Verify the oil level in the transmission chains or gearboxes is normal.
· Confirm the emergency stop button is sensitive and effective.
· Check that the protective guard for the fixed-length cutting device (flying saw/flying shear) is intact.
3. Personal protection: Operators must wear protective gloves and safety shoes to prevent scratches from long profiles. Long hair should be tied up, and a safety helmet should be worn.
