Preparation before production

2. Mold installation and confirmation: According to the production task order, install the corresponding forming roller molds and confirm that the molds are correctly locked and the centerlines of each pass are aligned.
3. Material preparation: Hoist the rolled color steel plates, galvanized plates or aluminum coils onto the uncoiler, ensuring that the material center is aligned with the feeding guide device of the tile press.
4. Parameter Settings: Input or invoke preset parameters on the human-machine interface (touch screen), including:
●Plate type selection: Select the corresponding production program.
●Production length: Set the cutting length of the required pressure plate.
●Production speed: Set an appropriate operating speed based on the material thickness and the complexity of the plate type.
