    The production using a shelf column machine has an overwhelming advantage over traditional processing methods such as cutting, stamping and bending.

    ●Core advantages: It achieves continuous and automated production with an extremely fast production speed, reaching tens of meters per minute. One device can replace multiple punch presses and many workers, significantly increasing production capacity.

    ●Uninterrupted production: Once the debugging is completed, it can be used for long-term continuous production, which is very suitable for handling large quantities of standardized orders.

    2. Unparalleled product consistency and precision

    ●Extremely high precision: The cross-sectional shape, size, and hole spacing of the columns are all guaranteed by precise rollers and servo feeding systems, ensuring that each column is exactly the same. This consistency is crucial for the safe and rapid installation of the shelves.

    3. Achieve complex cross-sectional and hole shape designs

    ●One-time forming: During the one-time forming process, the complex cross-sectional contours of the column (such as reinforcing ribs) and the matching hanging holes (butterfly holes, rhombic holes, etc.) can be simultaneously stamped. This is something that traditional craftsmanship finds difficult to achieve.

    5. The production process is highly automated

    ●It can be connected with the upstream uncoiler, leveling machine and the downstream fixed-length cutting device and automatic stacking device to form a fully automatic production line. The entire process from winding materials to the fixed-length cutting and stacking of finished columns is automatically completed.

    Production operation

    1. Trial operation and debugging

    ●Start the machine at a low speed to produce a small section (about 1-2 meters) of the column.

    ●Stop the machine for the first item inspection:

    ●Cross-sectional dimensions: Use calipers to measure the width, height, material thickness and other key dimensions of the column.

    ●Hole position accuracy: Check whether the position, spacing and shape of the hanging holes are accurate and if there are any burrs.

    ●Interlocking test: Try installing the hanging claws of the columns and crossbeams during the trial production to check if they are smoothly and firmly connected.

    ●Straightness: Observe whether the columns are twisted or bent sideways.

    2. Formal production

    ●After all parameters are confirmed to be correct, speed up the equipment to the normal production speed.

    The operator needs to continuously monitor during operation:

    ●Whether the material operation is centered and stable.

    ●Check if the punching sound is normal and if there is any continuous punching or missed punching.

    ●Whether the cross-sectional shape and hole position of the finished product are stable.

    ●Whether the fixed-length cutting accuracy meets the requirements.
