    Preparation before production

    1. Equipment inspection and configuration

    ●Inspection of the lock seam mechanism: Check whether the lock seam rollers used to interlock the pipe edges are in good condition and accurately aligned. This is the core to ensuring the sealing performance and strength of the pipeline.

    ●Lubrication system: Ensure that all bearings and transmission components are well lubricated.

    2. Raw material preparation

    ●Confirm that the material (aluminized zinc plate, aluminum plate, etc.), thickness (usually 0.4mm-0.7mm), coating and color of the steel coil meet the requirements.

    ●Special attention should be paid to the width of the raw materials, which must precisely correspond to the circumference of the target pipeline.

    ●Install the coil material correctly onto the uncoiling frame.

    3. Machine debugging

    ●Adjust the roller clearance: According to the thickness of the sheet, precisely adjust the clearance of all forming rollers and lock seam rollers.

    ●Set fixed-length cutting: Enter the required length of the downspout in the control system.
