Preparation before production
1.Comprehensive inspection of the equipment
●Safety inspection: Confirm that all components of the machine are securely fastened, the transmission system is smooth, and the emergency stop button is effective.
●Roll inspection: Check whether all formed rolls are in good condition and clean to ensure they are of the correct model corresponding to the production of CU integral keel.
●Lubrication system: Add appropriate lubricating oil to all bearings, gears and other moving parts.
2. Raw material preparation
●Confirm whether the material (usually low-carbon steel), strength grade, coating (such as galvanizing), thickness and width of the steel coil meet the equipment requirements and production orders.
●Install the steel coil correctly onto the uncoiler and ensure that it can be uncoiled smoothly.
3. Equipment Commissioning (Key Step)
●Roll clearance adjustment: Adjust the clearance between the forming rolls one by one according to the precise thickness of the raw materials. This is the foundation for ensuring the quality of the keel formation, no scratches on the surface and no deviation.
●Guide device adjustment: Precisely adjust the feeding guide device to ensure that the steel strip can enter the forming machine straight and prevent the produced keel from having a "sickle bend".
Auxiliary function Settings:
●Punching/riveting unit: If the equipment integrates an online punching function, the correct punching die must be installed and the hole spacing should be set properly in the control system.
●Fixed-length cutting setting: Enter the length and quantity of the keel to be produced in the control computer.
