Preparation before production

3. Material preparation: Hoist the rolled color steel plates, galvanized plates or aluminum coils onto the uncoiler, ensuring that the material center is aligned with the feeding guide device of the tile press.
4. Parameter Settings: Input or invoke preset parameters on the human-machine interface (touch screen), including:

●Production length: Set the cutting length of the required pressure plate.
●Production speed: Set an appropriate operating speed based on the material thickness and the complexity of the plate type.
