The C-shaped purlin machine is a specialized equipment for manufacturing C-shaped steel (cold-formed steel), and its advantages mainly lie in efficiency, quality and economy.

Preparation before production
1. Safety inspection
●Check whether all components of the equipment are in good condition and whether the fasteners are loose.
●Check the lubrication system to ensure that there is sufficient oil at each lubrication point, especially the roller bearings.
●Clear the machine and the obstacles around it.
2. Mold (Roll) confirmation
●According to the production task order, confirm whether the specifications of the installed rolls are consistent with the dimensions of the C-shaped steel to be produced.
3. Material Preparation
●Hoist the appropriate steel coil onto the uncoiler. Ensure that the material, thickness and coating of the steel coil meet the requirements.
4. Parameter Settings
●Input the parameters for this production on the computer console:
●Cutting length: The specific length of the purlin required.
●Production quantity: The number of pieces that need to be produced.
●Production speed: Usually, a medium speed is set first, and it can be increased after it stabilizes.
