    Preparation before operation

    1. Read the equipment manual: Fully understand the performance parameters, operation norms and warning matters of the specific model of the machine.

    2. Safety Inspection

    ●Check whether all components of the equipment are in good condition and whether the fasteners are loose.

    ●Check the lubrication system to ensure that there is sufficient oil at each lubrication point.

    ●Make sure the emergency stop button is functioning properly.

    3. Personal protection: Operators must wear protective gloves to prevent cuts to the edges of the boards.

    4. Material Preparation

    ●Confirm whether the material, thickness and width of the sheet to be processed are within the processing range of the machine.

    ●Check the surface of the sheet to ensure there is no welding slag, hard objects, etc., to avoid damaging the roller.

    5. Equipment Adjustment (Key Steps) :

    ●Adjust the gap between the upper roller and the lower roller according to the thickness of the sheet: Set the gap between the upper roller and the lower roller slightly less than the thickness of the sheet through the control system or handwheel to ensure sufficient bending force.

    ●Adjust the position of the lower roller according to the target curvature: For machines with adjustable lower rollers, it is necessary to precisely adjust the inclination Angle or position of the lower rollers on both sides according to the required radius of curvature. The greater the arc (the smaller the radius of curvature), the more inclined the lower roller needs to be adjusted. Usually, it is necessary to refer to the parameter table that comes with the machine or make fine adjustments through test pieces.
