    Preparation before production

    1. Comprehensive safety inspection

    ●Check whether the main frame, transmission system and fastening bolts are normal.

    ●Make sure there are no foreign objects between the rollers of the three forming units.

    ●Test whether the emergency stop button is effective for all three layers.

    2. Raw material preparation

    ●Prepare the corresponding color steel coils for each layer and confirm that their material, thickness and color are consistent with the production plan.

    ●Install the three rolls respectively onto three sets of independent feeding racks (or one large multi-layer feeding rack).

    3. Equipment configuration and debugging (the most crucial and complex step)

    ●Select the forming mold: Ensure that the three-layer installed rollers are the molds for the products to be produced as planned.

    ●Adjust the roller clearance: According to the thickness of the sheet used in each layer, independently and precisely adjust the clearance of all forming rollers for that layer. This is the foundation for ensuring the quality of molding and must be patiently adjusted layer by layer.

    ●Set cutting parameters: In the control system, set the cutting length, production quantity and other parameters of the product for each layer separately.
