Startup and production operation
1.Trial production and inspection
●Produce 1-2 samples in manual mode.
●Use tools such as calipers and templates to conduct a comprehensive measurement of the hole positions and dimensions of the samples to ensure full compliance with the drawing requirements. This is a crucial step to avoid mass production of defective products.
2.Fully automatic mass production
After the trial production is confirmed to be correct, switch to the fully automatic mode. The device will automatically execute:
●Feeding: The servo motor precisely conveys materials to the designated position.
●Punching/Typing: Perform multi-hole punching and print trademarks and model numbers in sequence according to the program.
●Shearing: In the final process, the finished sheet is cut off from the material.
The operator only needs to regularly spot-check the finished products and replenish the collected materials.
