Preparation before production
1. Equipment inspection
●Safety inspection: Check whether the screws of all machine components are tightened, whether the transmission system is normal, and whether the emergency stop button is effective.
●Lubrication system: Inspect all lubrication points of bearings, gears, etc., and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
●Roller inspection: Confirm that the installed forming rollers meet the specifications of the target C-shaped steel and check whether the roller surface is clean and undamaged.
2. Raw material preparation
●Confirm whether the material, coating (such as galvanization), thickness and width of the steel coil meet the production requirements.
●Support the steel coil with the material rack to ensure it can rotate smoothly.
3. Equipment Commissioning (Key Step)
●Adjust the roller clearance: According to the precise thickness of the sheet, adjust the clearance between the upper and lower forming rollers step by step. If the gap is too tight, it will damage the sheet material; if it is too loose, the formed material will not be full. This is the first step to ensure product quality.
Set up auxiliary functions:
●Punching unit: If the equipment is equipped with online punching, the correct punching die must be installed and the hole spacing should be set properly in the control system.
●Fixed-length cutting: Input the length and quantity of C-shaped steel to be produced in the control computer.
