    Preparation before production

    1. Equipment inspection

    2. Raw material preparation

    ●Adjust the roller clearance: According to the precise thickness of the sheet, adjust the clearance between the upper and lower forming rollers step by step.     Set up auxiliary functions:

    ●Punching unit: If the equipment is equipped with online punching, the correct punching die must be installed and the hole spacing should be set properly in the control system.
