Compared with the traditional single-row keel machine, the double-row model has overwhelming advantages in production and business:
1.The production efficiency has doubled and the production capacity is extremely high
●Core advantage: This is the most direct and significant advantage. One device is equivalent to two single-row machines working simultaneously, directly increasing production capacity by approximately 100%. For large-scale projects or manufacturers that operate at full capacity all year round, this means that the delivery cycle is significantly shortened and the market supply capacity is extremely strong.
2. Production costs have been significantly reduced
●Labor cost: Although the output has doubled, only the same number of operators (1-2 people) are needed. The per capita output has doubled, and the labor cost per unit of product has dropped significantly.
●Energy consumption cost: The energy consumption of a dual-row machine is much lower than the total energy consumption of two single-row machines, and the energy consumption cost per unit product is even lower.

●Since the two keels are made from the same roll of steel and formed synchronously on the same machine under the same Settings, this means that the material, thickness, coating, length and geometric dimensions of the two keels are almost exactly the same. Preparation before production
1.Comprehensive inspection of the equipment
●Safety inspection: Check the tightness of the main frame, drive shaft and gearbox, and confirm that there are no foreign objects blocking the two sets of forming systems and that the emergency stop button is functioning properly.
●Roller inspection: Confirm that the two rows of forming rollers are of the same specification, installed properly, clean and undamaged.
●Lubrication system: Add lubricating oil to all centralized lubrication points of bearings and gears to ensure good lubrication of the transmission parts of the two systems.
2. Raw material preparation
●Confirm that the material (low-carbon steel), coating (galvanized), thickness and width of the steel coil meet the requirements. Special note: The width of the required raw material rolls should be twice that of single-row production plus the allowance needed for middle cutting.
●Install the wide steel coil correctly onto the heavy-duty uncoiler.
3. Precise debugging (a crucial and complex step
●Synchronous adjustment of roller clearance: Adjust the clearance of the two sets of forming rollers synchronously and with the same parameters according to the thickness of the sheet. Ensuring that the pressure on both sides is consistent is the foundation for guaranteeing the consistency of the dimensions of the two keels.
●Feeding guidance and material distribution knife adjustment: Precisely adjust the feeding guidance device to ensure that wide plates are centered and enter. The key lies in adjusting the middle material divider or slit roller to ensure that it can land smoothly and neatly to separate the sheet from the middle, forming two independent steel strips that respectively enter two sets of forming systems.
Auxiliary function Settings:
●Punching unit: If the equipment integrates online punching, it is necessary to ensure that the punching dies and hole position Settings on both sides are exactly the same.
●Fixed-length cutting setting: In the control system, the length and quantity are uniformly set, and the cutting device will synchronously cut the two keels.
