1.Extremely high production efficiency
●Core advantages: It has achieved continuous production from large rolls to small rolls, completing all processing steps at one time. Compared with the traditional separate processes (leveling first, then transporting, and then slitting), the efficiency has been increased by several times.

Preparation before production
1. Safety confirmation and equipment inspection
●Check the surrounding environment of the equipment to ensure there are no obstacles.
●Check whether all safety guards and emergency stop switches are effective.
●Check whether the hydraulic system and lubrication system are normal and whether the oil level is sufficient.
2. Feeding and threading
●The feeding trolley loads the metal coil to be processed onto the uncoiler.
●Manually guide the material head through the uncoiler, passing through the material guiding platform, leveling machine, guiding device, slitting head, and finally reaching the winding machine.
●This process requires the equipment to be tapped and carried out slowly.
