Preparation before production
1. Equipment inspection and configuration

●Lubrication system: Ensure that all lubrication points have sufficient oil.
2. Raw material preparation
●High standard requirements: Confirm that the material, coating (must be aluminum-magnesium-zinc plated to ensure corrosion resistance), thickness (usually 1.5mm to 3.0mm) and width of the steel coil comply with the design requirements.
●Feeding: Install the steel coil correctly onto the uncoiler.
3. Precise debugging
●Adjust the roller clearance: According to the precise thickness and strength of the sheet, adjust the clearance of the forming rollers one by one. High-strength steel requires greater forming force and more precise adjustment.
●Set fixed-length cut-off: Enter the precise length of the required bracket in the control computer.
